Perfect for making powder creamer!

It actually tastes like milk! I mixed it according to the package directions, and while it's not exactly fresh milk, it's a very acceptable substitute. No weird aftertaste. Great to keep in the pantry for when my fresh milk runs out.

This dry milk powder arrived in good condition with loads of time to use it before it expires. There were no strange or unusual things to note and it works well for baking. I would recommend it!

To high in price but needed it

I like the versatility of milk powder and having it on hand in a pinch if I run out of milk and need some for a recipe or whatever really. They do include instructions on the bag of how to mix it but it is important to note to use hot water and then make sure you mix it super well. I use an electric milk frother stick mixer thing and it works really really well. It definitely doesn't blend well in cold water and if you don't mix it well then you're gonna have a bad time. The consistency when mixed properly is pretty good on its own but shines in baking or for lattes. I use it to make mochas and it has been very tasty.

It was much better when I mixed 4tsp to 8 ozs of water. Mixing it with regular milk to make the milk stretch further would not alter the taste of the milk too much. I will most likely use it to enrich recipes that call for milk or cream.

It does not dissolve well.
