Wheat flour is not properly grind
I bought the flour as it has many nutritional values and that’s why it’s more expensive then regular flour but when I used it, it felt like it has sand in it. It feels like the wheat was dirty before grinding.

Used like flour
This worked perfectly fine to make some standard dough for rolls in my bread maker. Not sure about all the extra health attributes, but it seems like a solid bet to try.

Makes good bread
This is nice wheat flour. I read the package about all its special attributes, it's like any good quality wheat flour in terms of results, if it does the other stuff they say, terrific.
