I retired a few years ago. My company always paid for my ink cartridges so I bought HP. When I had to buy some after retiring, I decided to try these since they cost so much less and had good reviews. I was definitely skeptical. But they work great for my print at home needs and their customer service is above and beyond! I don’t print a lot and when I just tried to print a letter the quality was awful. I emailed Smart Ink. Within seconds they replied and gave me some helpful tips. I cleaned the printer heads and I’m back to printing! I originally purchased the ink cartridges a little over a year ago. My colors are getting low so I just submitted another order. I will definitely continue to order from them.

I was spending a fortune on Genuine HP inkjet cartridges for my HP OfficeJet 6600, and decided to look into replacement cartridges. My research showed that Smart Ink had excellent Customer Service, so I made the decision to try these. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! They are inexpensive and arrived quickly. I followed the basic instructions and had no issues at all. Of course, the HP OfficeJet 6600 complained that I was not using Genuine HP Inkjet Cartridges, but you can just continue on through this. I ran a couple of print-head cleaning cycles as instructed, and that was it. The color of the print outs looks as good as HP's, the ink doesn't smear, and dries just as quickly. They appear to made to the same high quality as the HP cartridges, and I had no issues with ink spills at all, like I have read about some other replacement cartridges. They have a 2 year guarantee. I definitely recommend these inkjet cartridges.

These cartridges do not work in an HP printer. I've tried everything to get them to work and my printer keeps saying wrong cartridges.What a waste of money.Anna

Colors are not as vibrant as I had hoped, but good enough for my needs. Worth the price compared to $100-ish I spend on HP cartridges.I have an HP 6600 printer. Upon initial installation of the cartridges, I got a printer failure error. Restarting and unplugging didn't eliminate the issue. Smart Ink Support was very responsive and sent me a list of things to try to get the printer working. While none of their suggestions worked, I was able to get the printer working again by removing the new cartridges, restarting printer without them, then adding one cartridge at a time and letting printer go through its update process with each one before installing the next one. It works fine now!

Contacted customer service and they were amazing in helping me with my issue they even sent a replacement. I will definitely recommend and buy more in the future.

When I first received the ink cartridges and put them in a printer the print quality wasn't that good. But after contacting customer support and doing as they instructed ,everything came out perfect. I would highly recommend this ink and this company to anyone.

Ordered these for at-least 1/2 the cost of official HP cartridges. Worked great but if you try to refill them with your own ink (refill bottle of black) the cartridge says it's empty still. I know there's a setting in hp print manager that tells the printer that you're not using original hp cartridges. But was unable to get it to work after refilling it myself. Another bummer is that if the color cartridges are depleted, you can't use just the black one. Maybe it's me, but im pretty sure i was able to refill official HP cartridges a couple times.

These ink cartridges fit perfectly in my printer with zero problems . The ink quality if perfect for my needs and the fast shipping was excellent since I needed to print documents that were needed in a meeting the next day. I am very happy with this ink!
