When I first got the product it was missing some cables that I had to buy for installation. If you are not an expert in these things than I would highly suggest to hire an electrician. Just like an air conditioner and a tv it had the same process it just gets fixed at one spot. After the installation I thought let’s just plug it in and use it. The charging didn’t start after talking with customer care which is in China for several hours I checked the box and it had two cards. I thought this will work with my dewa charger card but it will only work with the card included in the box. Just install this, swipe the card and use it as a normal charger. The power I am getting is 20kwh but still good enough. Highly recommend for offices and houses!
