Excellent even for AI curious
As someone who is not in healthcare, I found the book to be very informative and easy to read. I've been curious how AI will improve our health given that it's such a powerful technology and that we still have long ways to go to understand the human body. Although technical enough, this is written in plain language that discusses what we can expect from AI for health but also what we need to do to get there. The chapter on how AI can help with nutrition, exercise, stress, and sleep is amazing and gives everyone hope that someday we will have personalized solutions for each one of us based on our DNA, microbiome, biomarkers, etc. Hopefully, that is not in too distant of the future. Strong recommendation for this book!

Informative and well-researched
AI Doctor by Ronald M. Ramzi MD is an intense read that takes a moment to digest. He begins with historical moments as AI evolves. Realizing the large data entry was just as important as the algorithm became a hunt for more data to input. By using and comparing data, we get technology used in the medical world to find abnormalities within our bodies. This improves our chances of correcting problems a doctor may not have found without it. We have become accustomed to MRI imaging, but this is just the tip of what AI is doing and quite frankly, primitive to where AI is going. The author adding charts and graphs to this book allows the reader to visualize the importance and growth we have made throughout the years. I would recommend this book to those approaching the medical field to understand where this tool is taking healthcare.

Must read to know significance of AI in Healthcare sector
It was the most unusual read for me. I picked this book because its title suggested related content to "Artificial Intelligence," which is one of the most talked-about features nowadays. The title of the book suggests the group of perfect readers for this book. But its significance is not limited to this particular section.I kept looking for a good book based on the significance of AI in different fields to know its impacts in various scenarios. With emerging technology, we need to upgrade ourselves and learn new techniques to keep us updated. AI has definitely made our lives and work easier, and we need to understand its significance in different sectors to get more of its benefits. It is a must-read for healthcare professionals, researchers, investors, entrepreneurs, medical and nursing students, and those building or designing systems for the commercial marketplace, as it will act as a perfect guide. Although the content is technical, it is written in layman's terms to make it more reader-friendly. It is ideal for people who want to know the impacts of AI in healthcare.

A Game-Changer in Healthcare: How AI is Making a Difference
"AI Doctor" by Ronald M. Razmi is written in a way that's easy to understand, so you don't have to be an expert to get a lot out of it. Razmi knows his stuff and it shows. He talks about all the cool ways AI is already helping, like finding new medicines, helping doctors diagnose illnesses faster, and even managing health care better so that everyone can stay healthier. What's great about this book is that it's for everyone. Whether you work in healthcare, invest in tech, or just want to see what's next for medicine, there's something in here for you. Razmi makes it clear that AI isn't just about the future; it's here right now, doing amazing things, and there's even more on the horizon. He also shares stories from the real world that make the tech stuff easy to get. And he doesn't just focus on the good stuff; he's honest about the challenges too, which makes the book feel balanced and real.

Very Basic Book (Even for the Beginner)
This is a book that is very basic and therefore not particularly useful for anyone inside healthcare. Perhaps better suited for a lay person as an introduction. The figures are mostly tables with colored boxes and not enlightening. Overall not of much value for anyone in healthcare.

Key resource in emerging field
This is a book that anyone, inside and outside of healthcare, can read and understand how Artificial Intelligence will eventually achieve in healthcare. At the same time, it is a sober examination of all that needs to be overcome to get there. The examples of what has been done to date and the lessons learned from those attempts are priceless for anyone working in this field and those who want to get into it. It is also a valuable resource for policymakers who need to understand what issues are slowing down the many benefits that AI can bring into healthcare. Hopefully, that will result in better decisions that can remove those issues. A must-read for anyone interested in how AI will improve our health.

Insightful and interesting
I found this book comprehensive, easy to read and very insightful. Having read many similar books and articles since medical informatics is my field of knowledge, it’s definitely the most authoritative book written on this topic to date given that it examines both the drivers and barriers of its adoption, as well as examining the business case for both the buyers of health AI solutions and those building and investing in them. The author is a cardiologist and entrepreneur so has the perfect background of having been a physician and investor. His point of view is quite unique. He brings out key issues that are usually blind spots for those working in this field. I highly recommend!
