PROS1. Delivery was super fast in Kolkata in just 2 days of Order, thanks to GATI.2. Packaging and wrapping was perfect and absolutely flawless, not a single scratch.3. Accessories were neatly bundled with installation instructions, hence took hardly 30 minutes to unwrap and install the complete bike. (Side stand-1 with a pair of nut and bolt, Pedals-2, 2 set of Allen Keys, 2 Set of Spanners, Chargers with cable-1 and Ignition key Qty-2 (including spare key).4. Quality of material used is really good, be it metal or plastic. Specially the mud guards are pretty sturdy as if made of thick metal rather than sheet metal.5. Turn indicators available for front and rear integrated with LED headlight and brake light respectively. Electronics switching On- Off provides an additional safety feature.6. As for the riding mode, provides 3 levels LOW, MEDIUM and HIGH selectable from the display which also reads out the battery status. Throttle response is good and enhanced with Pedal assist. Trip meter adds to the convenience.7. Handle bar is adjustable to compensate depending on arm length. The grips come with palm support providing a comfortable grip, throttle taking up 1/3 of right grip. Handle has slots to attach left and right rear view mirrors available as separate accessory.8. Front Forks and rear spring suspension are good enough to provide a smooth ride in City roads.9. Seat is front foldable and locked in place by the same ignition key. Inside reveals the battery compartment and controller module neatly stacked in. The battery bank has a press to display charge level button and can be easily pulled out and up for charging.10. Weighing at only 40 kgs it’s the one of best e-bike in town.Customer Support: Right before purchasing, they provided a detailed review of all product and features, by a walk through video conferencing. The media could not be loaded. Purchased this bike in Dec23 end and received rare wheel disk damaged and bent position so rare wheel giving loude rubbing sound in 60 degree of total 360 degree rotation as can be seen from video. Contacted Kolkata office of motobolt and they asked to contact Prayagraj office. Prayagraj office forwarded complained to Gurugram office. Gurugram office asked me to send video and other details thou I have send earlier to both offices. Anyhow I have sent them again. They advised me to get it rectified locally at my own expenses. I tried at three shops and everyone said that disk is bent hence calliper and disk both need to replace. Again taken up with motovolt Gurgaon service head Mr Dheeraj who refused to get it rectified saying no warrantee for mechanical parts as they are likely to have normal wear and tear. I tried to explained the bike has not run 15 km and the problem was with new bike itself but he is not agreed.This 15 km run for 3 repairs exasted the battery which should run 120 km as they claim.I am feeling cheated by this company and regrating my decision for selecting emotovolt by influencing advertisements and Youtube videos.

Longtime user review:Good product and service support also very good,I got full range around 55 KM to 65 KM normal road conditions, Good for city traffic and small roads ,Can ride with 2 persons not high speed , medium speed ,Maximum speed with throttle 25KM lockedNegative part - huge Hit sound coming from front fork ,from the day one it's same ,When u over come the edge of road or very small bump - huge thug soundDisc brakes are not that much effective,I try to adjust many way but still it's almost 50% break efficiency coming out , or need to apply front and back break togather,still no solution from molovot company,Have word with motovolt customer side ," They will find the solution and fix the problem in the front fork sound "Almost 7-9 month until now no calls received from MotovoltValue for money go for it

I was received this product on 27th Oct 2023 by Gati courier. There was delay of delivery by gati courier because it reached my destination on 25th October but these people delivered me on 27th October. It is good bike cum bycycle. it is easy to drive by children also. but there is some cons like.1.Front suspension issue2. no footrest for 2nd person.3. Paddeling is difficult during small hill area if battery charge off.If these cons remove by the manufacturer then this is the best product.

I have been driving this e-bike for more than two months now for daily commuting to the office, and it's good overall. The electric mechanism is reliable, rates are reasonable, and mileage is also satisfactory (not as claimed but decent). I am happy to invest in this bike. It is a fantastic electric mechanism with a sturdy, simple look.Till to date i have not faced any issues and it's a head turner whenever i pass by in busy street. Many people have been enquiring about the bike and i do recommend to all about this.

Don't buy this model

गाड़ी average है। मोटर की पॉवर काफी कम है।कोई समान इसमे नही ले जा सकते हैं। मेरी गाड़ी का चार्जर, गाड़ी खरीदने के 1 महीने के बाद ही खराब हो गया। अनेकों बार customer care पर संपर्क करने के बाद भी कोई कार्यवाही नही की गई। बहुत ही ढीला customer care है।उन्हे कोई फर्क नही पड़ता आप चाहे जितना परेशान हो। लगभग 1 महीने मेरी गाड़ी चार्जिंग के अभाव मे खड़ी रही। कई बार request करने के बाद finally अब चार्जर भेज रहे हैं। मोटोवोल्ट को customer care में बहुत सुधार करने की जरूरत है। बहुत ही कडुवा अनुभव रहा। Chinese चार्जर use करते हैं जिसका बिल्कुल भी भरोसा नही।गाड़ी जितनी महंगी है,उसका चार्जर उतना ही घटिया। कंपनी की क्रेडिबिलिटी बढ़ानी है तो इन दिक्कतों को दूर कीजिये। मुझे अब इनकी सर्विस का कतई भरोसा नही रहा। मैं तो warrenty extension भी न कराने की सोच रहा हूँ। क्या फायदा ऐसी कंपनी को पैसा देने का। जिसे अपने customers कोई वैल्यू ही नही।
