I've been ordering these consistently for over 3 years now. I take these for help with perimenopause symptoms and boy are they effective. They're a little large but they help me with hot flashes so that I get a great night's sleep and calm those hormonal mood issues.

Tomo este suplemento, desde hace ya alguno tiempo, para mis senos con displasia, 2 diarios, junto al omega 3, y realmente aunque no se nota mucha la diferencia, el problema no ha pasado de ahí!!. También lo tome en su momento para la calidad de los ovocitos y si dió muy buenos resultados!!!

Caused Acne Outbreak
This product did help with my menstrual cycle. It is a quality product. However, it caused my face to breakout badly. There is no smell and they were easy to swallow. Unfortunately, I had to discontinue using it.
