Have not used yet but did clean them usings 3-compartment sink (wash, rinse,sanitize, air dry) and gave them a good look over.Well markedFeel sturdy but could see the ones over 3" or so might bend out of shape depending on what you are using it onIt has a metal storage can which I didn't see any pictures of in the Amazon listingNo rustSpot welds look good at seems but be careful. The bottom of the seem has an edge that you might get pinched if you run your hand along the cutting (bottom) sideWill update after they get used
