External package and Product package appeared very bad
Like the package, internal product appears like soiled , got scratches, missing accessories hence returning for refund but only replacement is allowed - hence stuck with the same product for replacement. Product may be good but what was delivered carried a bad impression and scratches, missing accessories

Parts and Packaging
This was a neat and sturdy packing with all the parts (clips,screws,"wall insets") in a little pouch.It was a great relief to receive, install and get its bright light!!!This was yet another trial order, AFTER A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER BRAND, 2 months ago. Then, I received a bent batten in a crumpled packing, clips missing; And 2 LED bulbs I ordered were also inside the same packing!! I couldn't waste my time further with correspondence and return.THE EXPERIENCE WITH PRESENT ORDER IS SO GOOD, I HAVE ORDERED FOR MORE JUST NOW!!!

Value for money, appropriate packing and good luminescence. Unlike the previous reviews, there was a pair of fixing clamps also provided with the light. So, it was easy to install and Iam fully happy.

Light is good but Vendor is not Good
Light is good but not happy with Vendor. I have ordered 3 orders/times. Second and third time they send without clamps. Replacement is done with second order but taken more time. Third time received one is not working. Finally i found it locally and cancelled the order 3rd time. Finally product is good.
