these are great. i do feel that in taking them consistently yet intuitively, alongside other supplements, they have helped with my ME/CFS fatigue considerably, and they are good value. it does take a few weeks/months with CoQ10 to see any potential improvements, as it is a supplement which requres time, at first, to build up in the body.my word of warning to new buyers: these capsules used to be spherical. this probably annoyed people due to them rolling away easily or something. the company have changed the capsule shape to whatever the name is for a 3D oval. this means that the same amount of capsules pack into a considerably smaller amount of space. as the company has not changed the size of the bottle, it will look like your bottle is only about a third full. but, i counted them myself, the correct amount of capsules (120) are present.it would probably be good for the company selling these to get round to changing the bottle, when they can. to not worry customers into thinking they got a dodgy bottle, and to prevent excess plastic use.

I have tried many other brands but none of them have worked but this one is really working for me . Really happy with this product

A tiny gell capsule so very easy for anyone to swallow, one a day convenience and no discernable taste .

Tiny round capsules , very easy to swallow , probably as good as any available , good quantity at a very fair price.

Tiny capsules easy to swallow only bug bear is tub hard to flip open have dropped a few on floor when flipping the lid perhaps a screw top would be better
