The bristles grip well on my hair and the tool provides a nice curl at the ends for a sleek blowout look. I like that the barrel size is thicker than most thermal brushes at 1.75 instead of 1.5. Use only on dry hair as it is a heat styling tool. If you’re worried about tangling then don’t wrap your hair up all the way and don’t try to brush it out, unravel the barrel from your hair slowly in the same way you wrapped it up. Very easy to use and I can appreciate the Ion setting as it reduces frizz. Seems durable doesn’t feel cheap and works well.

I cannot say enough good things about this. It’s pretty much the only hair tool I use. Great value and makes my hair look great. Very easy to use and overall works very well.

Love this tool but wish the volume and style would hold longer for my fine hair. It heats up quickly and works well. The round knob on the end helps to keep fingers from burning when styling the hair around the tool. Highly recommend.

The product is very good quality, it has a regular hot setting and an ion setting. It glided through my hair very smoothly unlike my last one. But the shipping was an issue, it said next day delivery but it took 6 days to get here. Customer service was helpful, they sent a free replacement, and refunded my money spent. Overall good product but bad shipping.

This works very well for me on my thick hair. Also easy to use and I like the hair release button. I use it just about every day and If I let my hair grow a little longer I may buy the bigger one as well.

I didn't own my tool four (4) months when the turn on switch stopped working. When I could turn the iron on, the curling iron worked well.

I freaking love this thing. A blow out with out all the nonsense and in less time.

Received item obviously used with hairs attached...disgusting!
