Might be the placebo effect but my sleep is excellent now!
I take one of these, along with a vitamin D tablet and some Ashwaganda gummies daily. That's the only real lifestyle change I've made and my sleep has been excellent lately. Even if it's all a placebo effect, I'm still happy to keep taking them to sleep well so I will be ordering again.Medium-large size tablet so, you might need a big glug of water or opt for a smaller tablet if you're not the best at swallowing pills.

Too big
I've only been talking these for a few days so don't know if they work but they are too big. Really hard to swallow. I was nearly sick the other day. Will be chopping up in future and won't let be buying these again.
