I remember this from a child 70 years back. As a child my brothers and I had to line uo, with a half of sliced lemon and a tablespoon of castor oil. It cleaned you out, but nothing could get rid of the taste. Want to see what it does for the hair and scalp.

I've been using this one for years . It's legit castor oil for external use. If you want to use it internally this isn't for you , and yes you want it in a glass bottle I'd purchasing it for that reason . This works wonders though for hair growth and on skin. It's great not sure why the bad reviews at all. The smell well that's literally what castor oil smells like and yes it's thick, however that doesn't mean it's bad. Do your research people instead of putting bad reveiws up for no reason. Also don't try and brush your hair with oil in it . It will snap off and break if your not careful. Use this before washes or in very small amounts.

Works as should, no smell

I love castor oil and all the benefits it brings. I was excited when I saw this HUGE bottle for such a great price. This is an excellent value for the cost.This smells nice, and helps keep my skin moisturized and soft. This is the largest bottle I've seen of castor oil. Such a huge value.

I was so scared of getting this oil, because of the negative reviews. I'm used to castor oil, I'm from the Caribbean and my mom would get it from a local aunty ! 😁Now, when I opened the bottle the seal was intact, I took a whiff of it but couldn't really smell anything, however when I applied some on my hands I could smell that nutty scent castor oil has, but not as strong as the black one.The oil feels thick, and it's normal because castor oil IS thick, so what I do is I rub my hands together for a few seconds so that the oil warms up a bit. It's been on my hands for 15 minutes and so far no issue in fact my hands don't feel dry anymore. I will use it with shea butter for my skin (it's best to apply a moisturizer first and then the oil) and as usual I will also use it on my hair. I will keep updated tho !
