I love this preworkout. I switched over to non-stim preworkout because of my anxiety and the heart palpitations I would get from stim preworkouts. This stuff gets the job done!While it doesn't provide the boost of energy like preworkouts with caffeine and other stimulants do, it gives me improved endurance and strength that has allowed me to push more weight and get more reps in. The pump I get is unreal, too – I love how my skin feels taut on my muscles!If you're weary about beta-alanine (I used to be until I tried another pre-workout with a smaller dose of the stuff), don't shy away from it; it's the ingredient that gives you skin tingles. I strongly believe that's one of the ingredients that gets me pushing past my normal thresholds. Just start with a half-scoop on your first two sessions with this preworkout to get acclimated to it, then switch to a full scoop once you understand how it affects you.I appreciate the ashwagandha in this as well because it definitely helps keep me mentally focused and calm!

A couple months ago i decided to cut caffeine for good. It was giving me anxiety, and making it harder to get quality sleep. I decided to go with RevSci Warrior Watermelon non stim pre workout. The taste is pretty good, and overall it gave a good pump and endurance in the gym. The adaptogens and nootropics are nice bonus for added focus and mental clarity. My average workout time is about 2 hours.(P.S mix the scoop in water with a butter knife or spoon, dont shake it in shaker or it will foam at the top.)

Very good stim-free pre. And I like the inclusion of betaine. The bottle design is bad, which is why I deducted one star. I don't know who has tiny baby hands small enough to pick out the scoop let alone scoop the powder once you get down to the last ~ 1/3 of the contents. A shorter, but wider bottle would be a huge improvement.

Chilli sauce. Yup. I don’t remember ordering chilli sauce in my pre workout. My mouth, throat, face, arms caught fire. It lasted for about 25 minutes. But then the pump REALLY KICKED IN! And let me tell you. It was awesome. Focus great. Pump great. And I still fell asleep.:)

Had issues with the shipment. Was ordered 8/9, for next day delivery. I got an error on the order then it was showing it was undeliverable. I got it by surprise 8/15 after I already ordered something to replace the undeliverable order. Taste is good, like a watermelon jolly rancher. Does not dissolve well even after shaking vigorously for several minutes. Has a lot of foam. Decent energy for the workout.

I chose this product because it has the supplements I was looking for. Each of these ingredients is backed by actual scientific evidence not just marketing BS. Also the listed dosed amounts match up with what the research recommends. I felt like the beta alanine might be a little under dosed (reason for the 4 star on "Ingredient Quality") as it didn't give me as much of the tingly feeling I'm used to with similar dosed products but otherwise it was solid. Very good pumps, some improved focus, and no issues falling asleep after my night workouts. I also enjoyed the flavor, not too sweet with a little bit of tartness. Great product for the cost, similar pre's cost anywhere from 30-40% more. Will purchase again. Thanks.

Been using this for about 2 weeks now, you can feel the beta alanine tingling in your veins within 15 min of drinking. Definitely gives you a boost without the edge of caffeine, which is great for those of us who can't make it to the gym before 5pm. In just a short time, I can already see tremendous strength gain and muscle definition (given I am working out hard and taking protein and creatine as well, but this is definitely doing its job in the mix). I really appreciate the honesty in the label, most brands use proprietary blend names to hide their ingredients and these guys don't, so you know exactly what you're getting. They give you free samples after your first bottle too, which is awesome. Would love to test more products from Revolution Science.

I get the tingles, the pump, and the focus without the caffeine. This is great! However, why in the WORLD do these guys make container openings for TINY hands?! Dude, make this shorter and wider please!!
