Best oven mitts ever!
I have had a pair of these for years. Very easy to clean and they just last unlike full fabric ones that get burnt and holes in. Can wipe clean the silicone area or put in the washing machine if necessary. Bought these for a gift for new homeowner.

On the narrow side for people with large hands ie husbands!!

I find them a bit awkward to wear with my small hands
However, they are so much easier to keep clean due to the silicone hands. So less washing in a washing machine is required/needed. I like the colour as it works with our kitchen and as I said the type of material is easy to keep clean anyway. They are attached together so you don't lose one glove. However I find them quite awkward fitting as I have small hands. But I've had no accidents with them so that's a plus and I've used them for a while now before I wrote my review.

Great oven gloves
These oven gloves are brilliant! This is my second pair. The first pair lasted years, then mysteriously disappeared (somebody must have really liked them too). They wash really well and you can hold literally anything hot with them. The heat just doesn’t get through.

Silicone hand sections are not heat-proof!
I love the look of these but I'm returning them because if you take a baking tray out of the oven and hold it for a moment, eg to pour the chips onto a plate, the heat travels through the silicone hand bits and burns your hand! They're really not fit for purpose unless you're doing the speediest transfer of something out of the oven and very quickly placing it down. Very disappointed as they looked lovely.

Love them
Spent ages trying to find gloves that were joined together AND had thumbs. Don't know why it was so hard. Anyway, very happy to find these, they're very good quality, look really nice too. The joining material is quite long compared to my old gloves but that's ok. The silicone isn't completely heat proof - taking metal out the oven at 220°C you can't hold onto it for too long. But better than the fabric ones I had before.I also love that you can wash the 'hands' with soap and water while you wear them as they're waterproof.Washing machine instructions though are wash separately at 40, don't spin, don't tumble dry. But given you can just wash the hands I don't think I'll need to put them in the machine very often.
