Q: Are they all doubled up?

Yeah most were except for the shiny pink ones. The doubling up gave the matte effect to the balloons

Q: Does it not come with any instructions ?

No instructions at all am about to try and do mine using you tube good luck

Q: How big does arch measure when fully done?

As big as you want to make it.. I wanted mine to be about 6 ft tall and nice and fat.. There were enough balloons for that but you could have a full arch with less balloons it's entirely up to you

Q: How long do they stay blown up for? I want to do this overnight for the party the next day

They’ll be fine overnight no problem. Mine stayed up for about 10 days then I had to pop them.
