It looks sturdy enough when you first unbox it, but no matter what it keeps slipping from door frame. I first tested it by leaning on it from above and it seemed to hold my weight, but when I did a pull up from a seated position, the pads on both sides kept slipping more and more with each pull up and they eventually slipped completely off and I fell down mid-movement. The padded area where you're supposed to hold the bar is also way too narrow for an average adult.Returning it and would not recommend it.

The strength and quality seem to be quite high, I weigh 87kg and have had no issues at all with the bar slipping or bending so that is reassuring.The setup is simple enough but can be a bit annoying straight from the box, my advice is to keep the ends in place and rotate the middle section so both ends extend at the same rate. Once you've had it set up in a door frame it is easier to remove and re install though.My only issue is that the foam pads aren't particularly wide which is okay for a bicep focused narrow grip but not so good for a wide grip lat focused exercise, extra pads could be a useful addition.

Its good and strong and fits securely on my door frame. Absolutely suitable for the uses it is made for.All the exercises you need from the bar.I'm happy with the product but it arrived in a box looking like (despite the shape) the postmen had been playing football with it. As a result I don't have anywhere to put the bar when I'm not using it. It may sound like a niggling complaint but its disrepectful on the part of Royal mail and it could have easily damaged the product. I like to put my stuff away tidily in the boxes to stop them falling all over the place and looking messy.

Great stuff ! I've both it for myself ; now I have to share it with my 3 years old doughrter!
