Waste of money
Recently bought two water heater for my house. Both the water heaterd are not working. When I raised complaint request. They came and repaired one. Still the another one is not working at all. As we bought the water heater in online. They are not ready to replace. Such a poor customer support. Better not buy product from Orient. Really waste of money. Horrible experience from Orient electric.
