Q: Can you wear them riding a bike

I have work the Riding bike for a few months and they work well, however, the soles are bendable and you may find that you need to flex/stiffen your feet a bit for a solid anchor on your pedals. It didn't bother me, but a bike officionato (i.e., snob) would probably complain. Would have to try it to know if it works for you, personally.

Q: How good are these for the people who wear barefoot shoes?

Yes! They have all the benefits of barefoot shoes including a wide toe box. Can be worn with or without socks. These are what I buy instead of the expensive brand barefoot shoes. They last me about a year before I need replacements.

Q: How thick are the soles? Would they protect you from sea orchirds?

They are thin so I don't know if they will protect you are not in you case. al I can say the are a whole lot better then nothing. My feet are tender from wearing boots all the time. But I can walk down a trail over rocks and roots without them hurting my feel, I can feel that they are there though. Wore them on sharp rocks (shale ledges) fishing. Grip was good, and my feet didn't get burnt from the hot rocks.

Q: Are there water socks you can wear with these? I'm looking for "high top" water socks for sun protection.

Literally any water sock can be worn with these. Or you can use sunscreen since these are meant to be worn by themselves.
