The item arrived safely. I have yet to see any difference in how I feel overall but I have been using it for only a short time. The sodium contained in this product is more soluble than the sodium we use for seasoning and preserving; therefore it actually has a reverse effect (lowering as opposed to raising) the blood pressure (according to advertisements). I will see how this goes over time and check in regularly with my cardiologist. Hopefully I can change this review later.

Effective but shortchanged
I found this product to be effective for peripheral neuropathy. However the 2 bottles I have counted have included less than what the seller states you are getting. My bottles were short 1 and 2 capsules respectively. When the bottle only has 30 capsules to begin with, that amount is significant. Difficult to believe it isn’t deliberate cheating.

Great price, good quality.
RLA was recommended to me by my doctor (in place of ALA) and I chose this one because it was 600mg and reasonably priced. I'm very happy with it and now have a monthly subscription. I would prefer they offer a larger size with more capsules per bottle (maybe 120/bottle).
