These clips work as intended. They are not the most comfortable, but can be easily clipped onto the tragus for vagus nerve stimulation with a TENS unit. I can use the clip as described for about 30 minutes before it gets uncomfortable on the ear. So far I have used a single clip 20+ times and have not needed to change it out for a new one.

I can not get this to work in my ear with the TENS 7000. If I clamp these to my fingers, I can get it to work. But as soon as I try to attach it to my ear, where the Vegas stimulation area is, it won’t hold good enough contact so the tens unit shuts off. I even tried using it on my earlobes and it still won’t work. If I put the clamps on different fingers, it does work. But as soon as you break the contact, the TENS unit automatically shuts off. Very frustrating. I tried doing a bunch of things, but it just won’t work in my ear. I bought this to stimulate the vagal nerve and I’m throwing these in the trash.

With 10 in a package, you should be set no matter how many ears you have. These are gentle, but the seem to hold on. Would not be good for use during exercise, but also won't squish your ears painfully. So a good compromise over all. Holes fit the 2mm pins on the Tens 7000 units, and lots of others I'm sure.

These work great.

These caused too much discomfort to wear for me, and somehow at the same time they did not stay on very well. Some rubber pads between the clips would turn these into painful clips that can easily slip off, into clips that are comfortable and stay put, and work much better. The ear is a rather sensitive part of the body to begin with, and you're basically putting a chip clip on your ear.

I have one that was given to me from my chiropractor and it worked great. I lost it. Since it’s quite a drive I decided to order from Amazon and this item didn’t compare at all. Doesn’t seem to work at all.
