Not much really to say about water filters is there? However was asked to review...Most filters seem to be the size for fridge door water filters, but these are to big and heavy for me. I prefer a smaller filter.No longer able to find this size in the shops, I turned to Amazon and I have been using this brand for years. They are a good price, fit perfectly and do not alter the taste of the water, so I will continue to buy

I Really love these water filter refills, they are so much easier to prepare than the old type being that you don't necessarily need to soak them for ten minutes to prime them and in use they filter water much quicker and tend to last longer than the old type too, all in all, a good product.

Bought to fit my older Brita water filter. They fit well and are value for money. Water tastes okay and there are no charcoal pieces escaping. The only bug is that it doesn’t filter all water into the bottom container, there is always some unfiltered water left in the filling compartment.

I took a chance with this product having dragged out of storage my old Kenwood water filter jug. I was unsure whether it would fit but am delighted to say it fits a treat. Having loaded it up and allowed it to do its job I’m really pleased with the result. The water tastes lovely and is crystal clear. I’ve been using this now for over a week and I believe that some of my digestive issues have been improved, since the chlorine content in my tap water is quite high along with other impurities. I would highly recommend this product, it’s also great value for money.Update. This company have excellent customer service. I did a reorder recently and received the product but when I went to use one of the filters realised that it would not fit. I checked the new one against the previous one and it was the wrong size. I contacted the supplier via Amazon and received a very quick response from The Water Filter Man, apologising for the error and asking for a photo of the correct sized product. Having done so I got an instant response and agreed to sent the correct size immediately, which arrived within 48 hours. This is the sort of customer care that everyone should expect. Thanks are due.

Good for filtering water

I originally reviewed this product as OK. Just goes to show you should wait a while (7 months in this case) THEN review.First cartridge was fine, and lasted 6 months, as expected. Second stopped flowing almost immediately - replaced. Third stopped again, so I went through all the advised set up procedure - again. Lasted a couple of weeks and quit. Current one (4th) is VERY slow to filter - about 40mins for 1/2 litre. I am not a happy bunny. Seems likely that it is better to buy branded and get some assurance of quality - not 75% rubbish!Original Review: This is a "why pay more" situation. These are about half the price of the branded item and do the same job. No contest!
