This pump is a champ and my cat seems to love it. It's worked well with general maintenance since 7/17/2024 but just tonight the pump stopped pushing above the connecting tube. I have reached out to the company for the warranty on the pump but from prior reviews I don't hold out much hope on a replacement being sent. Would have rated this 5/5 but it didn't last a year yet, shy about 3 months and that's not ideal in my opinion. I would say if you are on the fence nab this up and you won't be unhappy with your choice, if they respond to me and replace the pump then this will be updated accordingly.4/22/25Talked to support and they move it on the replacement. Tuxie is happy he has bubble water again and was starting to get depressed without it.

This water fountain has been a hit in my house. My cat was never a big drinker, so I was constantlyemptying and cleaning her water bowl. If I could give 10 stars I would. My previous fountain wore out, which I had for 5 years. Catit brand. Plastic was worn. Anyways, I purchased a few fountains on here and kept sending them back. They were all loud (trickling water that drives me NUTS) or the one leaked (Pet Libro). Finally I ordered this one. I've had it for a few months with no issues. It's quiet (pump and no trickle). It doesn't leak and is super easy to clean. You can also refill from the top without removing from base. Most product ads will claim theirs is quiet but they are only talking about the pump. Save yourself time and money and get this fountain. Not a paid review.

I am a pet sitter who owns a very spoiled Pomeranian. After a few days staying at a home with a fountain for the cats, my dog decided she liked drinking from a fountain better than a bowl! I purchased this model over a year ago. She loves it! I have had no issues, it still works. I only have to clean it/change the water about once a week. It's the perfect height for her (she is 9 lbs). It doesn't get very dirty or slimy as others have reported, not sure if this is a difference between a cat and a dog using it. Once in a while I'll find a small gnat or bug in it when I clean it, but really over the 13+ months I've had it, I'd say that happened three times. If Sunnie is happy, everyone is happy!

It's exhausting trying to find the right fountain for my cats. This one is okay except that only one cat absolutely loves it while the other two miss the flowing water. One cat gets so angry that she continually attempts to knock it over. This fountain does turn off when tilted so that's a feature that I appreciate. I'll keep searching for the right one, but for now, this one will do.

After shopping around and trying another fountain first, we settled on this one. We owned it for about a year when we decided we wanted a second one for another cat in the household who is kept separate. This item is quiet, functional, and won't burn your house down if you forget to refill it. 10/10 would buy a third if needed!
