Absolutely brilliant - totally worth it.
I’ve been using the Metapen A14 for a while now, and honestly, I’m super impressed. It feels just like the Apple Pencil 2nd Gen but at a much better price. The writing and drawing are smooth, no lag at all, and it works perfectly with my iPad. I use it mainly for note-taking and some light sketching, and it handles both really well. You can use it with Apple ipad normal model as well, its just it gets chared wirelessly thats why tey recomment use it with pro model. I have both and I can simply switch on both as needed. The wireless charging is such a great feature. It attaches to the side of the iPad and charges just like the original Apple Pencil. No extra cables, no hassle – I love it. It’s also moisture-proof, which I guess is nice to have, though I haven’t really tested that out (not planning to either!).Build-wise, it’s solid but lightweight. Feels good in the hand and comfortable to use for long periods. The magnet is decent, though not as strong as the Apple Pencil, so be careful if you’re carrying it in a bag – it might fall off.The only real downside is it doesn’t have tilt sensitivity, so if you’re a serious artist, you might miss that. But for someone like me, who’s mostly using it for casual stuff, it’s perfect.Overall, it’s a great buy if you’re looking for something like the Apple Pencil but don’t want to spend a fortune. Totally worth it!

Great Pencil,1 Year Later
I got this because of the price point before i decided to get an Apple Pencil. I've had this Metapen for just over a year now and its still my only pen! I have no complaints and i have no intentions on buying an overpriced pencil when this works just as well. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality pencil for their iPad.As said in the description, the nib wears off much quicker if you are using a paper-feel screen protector and use it regularly so keep an eye on it.

Highly Functional and Convenient Stylus with Wireless Charging!
The Metapen Wireless Charging Pencil A14 is a fantastic, feature-packed stylus that offers smooth and precise writing or drawing experiences. Its wireless charging capability is incredibly convenient, eliminating the need for cables and ensuring it’s always ready to use.Purchased for us with iPad Air 13” and works really well.Deducted one star as the magnet could be stronger to provide greater protection to loss, as the pencil detaches very easily.

A note on wireless charging.
I bought the A14 to be used with my ipad pro 11 inch (Third Generation), it was a breeze pair in Bluetooth and works very nicely. I did have one issue though and here I should point out that the problem was absolutely nothing to do with the Metapen A14. I use an after market case/protector purchased from Amazon with the brand name 'CUVR'. The A14 attaches it's self via magnets at the side of the ipad and charges the A14 using magnetic induction, however the CUVR case has a 1 to 1.5 mm thick panel covering the magnetic area. The A14 grabs hold tight but the thickness of the panel is enough to prevent charging. The answer is, of course very easy, carefully using a sharp blade remove the offending article and charging of the A14 now works perfectly. Whilst sorting this out I was in contact with a young lady from the Metapen Support Team who's name is Lila, she was very helpful and a credit to Metapen.Regards. Terry Bruce.

Stopped working after a few days.
Was a decent pen. Charged and worked fine on both my new iPad Pro 13” and girlfriends pro 11” inch. Then just stopped. No lights no charging. Could not hard reset or anything. All the other reviews seem ok so I was possibly unlucky. Am tempted to try again as I can send back. But don’t know. Tempted to just buy the real thing to be honest.Anyway. Good while it worked for 3 days. Sad when it stopped.

Excellent for Note-Taking
I bought this about 6 months ago to use with my M1 iPad Air, and it’s amazing! My iPad isn’t compatible with the Apple Pencil Pro, but this product gives me all of the same perks for a fraction of the cost.I’ve found that it’s durable, high-quality, and holds up well (it’s often thrown about in my backpack). The magnetism is strong it looks good. The only potentially annoying factor is the light that shines out of the end, but you get used to this pretty quickly.I’d definitely recommend this product. It works great with Goodnotes for hand written uni notes.

Brilliant!
I originally had an apple pencil but didn't realise you had to keep it permanently charged and then it died after a few uses. What a waste. Then I found out about meta pen. Brilliant price and frankly I prefer it. Much lighter and I love the flashing top. I wish I had known about it first time around.

Almost as good a fraction of the price.
In outward appearance this is almost the same as the Apple pencil. Its wireless charging, its bluetooth connection all work really well. The cost difference is huge, at the time I could get 4 or 5 of these for the cost of one Apple pencil. The only feature I can see its missing is pressure sensitivity. So for me the only place this matters is art work, there are work around it just takes me a little longer. I would recommend this to anyone, who wants to try out digital pencil. Its cheap enough you wont regret buying it, even if you do go on and buy a Apple pencil. The number of people I have heard have lost their’s it would make a perfect backup without breaking the bank.
