Piece of Junk
I did not buy this laptop from an Amazon seller. I am a long time Dell customer. This laptop is not anywhere near as good as previous Dell products. My processor fan died literally a week after the warranty expired and now I will have to pay to have it replaced. They can't even give me a direct link to purchase the replacement part myself. Prior to the warranty expiration I had other issues too. It is just not a good product.

Constant issues with start up
When I need my computer the most urgently -- it will not start up! Have had it less than a year and had to take it in for repairs 4 times already. The screen will light up for a moment and then black out. It will not start up. Was told I need to shut it down completely each time I use it. So I do. The problem persists.Frequently it will slow way down and have to be worked on for that as well.Will NOT buy another Dell.
