Such a comfortable wear. It has adjustable straps so it will fit most people. Easy to put together and you are able to move around while wearing. Heat settings get very warm (feels great) and the vibrations has 3 different mode setting. Definitely worth the buy

Seems Effective, Strap Too Short
The effectiveness of this undoubtedly depends on the type of injury. I found one can shift it around a bit and put the vibrating units closer to the actual portion of the shoulder that's producing pain. I found it provided some relief.The one real drawback is the strap that goes around the upper arm. The body one is fine. I don't think my biceps are that large, but the strap just doesn't fit around them very well. Difficult to do solo, easier with someone to help. Making that strap an inch or two longer would be an improvement.

Nice shoulder massager
My left shoulder is always aching after gym or at rainy days. This shoulder massager helps to heat and relief my shoulder. It fit well and works great. Battery last for couple hours. Recommend!

Not For Solo Users!
If you have severe shoulder pain (pre or post surgery) and limited mobility due to the pain, this is not the product I would recommend. To really put this thing on comfortably it will require an additional set of hands. If you are running solo you are going to end up with greater pain until this product begins working. That said, once it gets going the heat and vibration are more than adequate. Again, this is NOT a product to put on by yourself!

Would not charge correctly
After 3 or 4 uses device failed to charge and would only stay on for a few minutes

Heated shoulder relief
I like that I can move while using it because it is wireless and rechargeable. The strap adjusts for comfort. The heat relieves pain, and I can adjust the vibrations until I feel relief. It works very well.

Not what was advertised
Was supposed to be new. Came in an opened box with no charging cord. Luckily I had one that fit. Still pretty upset that it wasn't new. Felt like I paid a new price.Addendum: ended up sending back. Vibration was a little bit of nothing and heat could be barely felt. Definitely not worth the price I paid. But return was easy. So I will stick with the 2 star review
