It's a great tool for your neck to relax!

Gadget eased tension on neck. Relaxing, neck tension, even if not suffering from any neck discomfort. Great gadget. Inexpensive & easy to use, only need 5 mins twice daily recommended by manufacturer. I have only had it for a week. Recommended by a friend who had used it for 6 months & found if helps his neck, & shoulder hump. Great item. Really worth spending.

I have been using this product now for just 10 days,I have suffered from spondylitis now for about 25 years,I had a disc removed in 1994 lumber region so have bad posture?I found the product a bit hard on the back of my neck at first and could feel a slight discomfort in my lower spine I was also getting headaches at the right hand side back of my head which I think is coming from stretching my neck.Not all negative,I think the product is trying to realign my spine at the neck base and I am finding it more comfortable to use each time so will persist.I have cut down the time to 5 minutes on both sides of the product until I am feeling more comfortable.

I was very skeptical when purchasing this, even after reading the excellent reviews.Well to say I was amazed is an understatement! I have a bulging disc in my neck, which occasionally becomes trapped. Usually takes between 3)6 months to get rid of with physio. I can honestly say after my first session on this I actually felt a difference. After 5 days I was cured, the nerve went back and I've not had a problem since.If like me you are skeptical just give it a go you will definitely be amazed!

I suffer spinal pain including the neck. I thought I would give it a try as the reviews were good. I wasn’t disappointed, this product actually works and is wonderful for relieving tension and pain. It’s a bit uncomfortable at first but your neck muscles do soften when tight and you get such a relief. I recommend using it for about 20 mins and often fall asleep because it’s so nice. Highly recommend this what have you got to loose except pain or discomfort.

My pain comes from sitting at desks, looking at phone for too long particularly whilst working from home for 2 years and dare I say not being quite as Display Screen Equipment safe as I should be..... so I've noticed over the years a slight slump in my upper spine, c3/4, and now the strain is beginning to affect me on a daily basis. I thought this product would be the perfect solution- led here from dodgey Facebook Ads charging double the price of what is being charged here- bargain!Product delivered fast and efficiently.I've used it for 10 minutes each day, as recommended....Product has made no difference. Just uncomfortable. I'm 6"5, perhaps the dimensions are off for me (vs average height) so I allow some slack. I adjusted the product and gave both options a go for 10 minutes each day (the product can be used in two ways). No stretch was felt, no neck relief, no satisfying crack as I imagined! Nothing. I gave it a few days, hoping the relief was more gradual. I re-read the instructions over and over. Even got my partner to check I was aligning myself properly! I really really wanted it to work. Not to be...Perhaps I'll just go back to the dodgey Facebook ads...
