Dio reed valve cylinder Carburetor Kit For 66cc 80cc Gas Motorized Bike Red

Got this kit today and everything is pretty good except the cylinder. Biggest problem is quality control. As you can see in the pictures there is a large amount of casting flash in the exhaust port blocking about 25% of the port. There is a seem line from casting running the length of the bore in the cylinder that does catch my fingernail. Lastly there is a bunch of casting and machining imperfections all over the cylinder. Only thing the cylinder has going for it is the transfers and those still need a little clean up. So doing a little digging to see if this is still a fair value after the cylinder is ruled to be emergency use only. The reed block kit is $20, the mounting plate for the cylinder is $20, the carb is about $25+, not sure about the velocity stack. But at about $65 for everything but the cylinder I would say this is a good value.

This item is not what you want and it'll ruin ur bike. I've tried for months to get this to run and it will not

overall its good but ive never used something like this and cant find anything on you tube on how to use the choke or if it has vacuum lines or not

worked great and quality was good to, my only gripe is I wish it had come with its own windowed piston, no biggie about an hr or so with drill press and a drimmel and good to go, In case you dont know or havnt yet heard the only way to make a reed setup work out properly is with either a windowed piston or adding a 3rd transfer port. carb is awesome love it. once everything was installed and good to go it took very little time to get this kit dialed in.

The increase in power was more than expected with little work and a small investment
