Great product and high quality. Pays for it self in one use

I find this useful for cleaning conservatory glass but has been designed by someone who hasn't done the job.Although the head can be tilted down, I don't find that very useful. The blade is too long and without the ability to angle it, makes it difficult to clean any glass panes which are smaller or not square.With such a long extension it is inevitable that there is some flexing of the pole. I position the pole where I want it then let its weight do the work as I move the pole along.This item replaces a similar pole which with irregular use only lasted two years before the internal threads failed and I couldn't extend the pole. Remains to be seen how long this one will last.

Product worked however system for securing cleaning head to pole is not as stable as was expected therefore a down side on the product.

The price and the design is good but unfortunately Iet down by quality. This item will not last long with repeated use ,

Very pleased with my purchase

looked at many reviews on similar products before buying. We needed to reach upstairs bedroom windows and it had the height required. It is easy to use but as others have said gets a litle bendy when fully expended. This did not bother us and it got the windows clean. Only used once so far.much cheaper than window cleaners where we live.I recommend it

Great bit of kit for the price seems well made and sturdy.fixing head to pole bit tricky kept slipping off.then light bulb moment fairy liquid on pole and to inner of cleaning head push pole into head receiver easily for firm connection.very happy cleans well.

I guess for the price you get what you pay for.The issues I had, I extended the pole, but it’s stuck in that position and the longer bit won’t retract. I’ve tried numerous times. The shorter extension bit retracts, so I can see how you do tighten and loosen the pole. But even knowing which way to twist to loosen the longer part of the pole it doesn’t budge. So mines a non-retractable pole.The second issue is the squeegee/drying head unit doesn’t screw in to the pole fitting. You just push it in to place. Mine may just be a faulty head unit, so whilst you can push the head unit in to the pole fitting, it’s not secured, so it moves from side to side.In my case I think I should have paid for a more expensive and robust item.On a positive note if you get one that doesn’t have the faults mine has, it does work and reaches the top of upstairs windows in a house.
