Weird Knife
It feels cheap and well built simultaneously. I love it. It’s heavy, and the button lock has the smoothest action of all my knives. This steel that CJRB has hung their entire brand on is not bad at all, and this one came razor sharp. The texture of the handle is grippy smooth (smooth and then grippy once… gripped upon?) and feels very good. The only complaint I would have is the width of it, but it’s got a big meaty blade, so…All in all, a good knife that’s nice enough to care for and cheap enough to beat up.

Really nice and well made
As a knife collector and a mechanic I like a knife that looks cool but also functions as a work knife. I love the way the blade is cut which is very unique and it deploys very smoothly as well as being very sturdy. The thumb lock is new to me but now that I've been carrying this knife for over a month I much prefer it over a frame or liner lock. Easy one handed deployment and with the thumb lock it just as easily closed with one hand without risking the skin on your thumb. Also, right out of the box I smacked the back side of the blade on a tabletop to test the lock and it never failed. I am very impressed and happy with this knife and would definitely suggest it to someone with big hands looking for a great work knife.

Great knife!
This is a full-size knife! Smooth action, sharp blade, solid lock up, good ergos, drop shut, button lock works perfectly! You can deploy the knife with the fuller as well. I own several CJRB, they rarely disappoint, and this knife is no exception! Especially for $34 out the door! Micarta is nice, not to grippy, not to smooth. Just an all-around good, full sized, button lock! It gets 4 stars instead of 5 because the first one I got was broken, this one works perfectly but there is a bubble on the blade and the blade is not centered 100%, it is off just a tad. The blade does not hit the liners so it's cool, but I expect 5 stars from every CJRB knife. After getting 2 of these knives at the discounted price I can't help but wonder if they are some kind of factory second. It's still a great knife and well worth the $34 price!

Love This Knife!
First off love the thickness of the blade and its silky smooth action. This has been my edc blade for 2 months and has seen all kinds of everyday use and I have zero complaints. I have recommend this knife to multiple people already.

EDC Beast Mode
It's probably too big to be considered an EDC in most circles, but this knife is a joy to work with. The blade is 3.5 inches long with a very comfortable handle. The micarta looks like a grippy burlap surface, but is a little more slippery than it looks. It comes sharp, fun to play with the button lock, and the flipper engages well. Great knife for the price. Perfect if your looking for the next size up from your 2.5 EDC. This girl is thick!

Tough Button Lock
I wanted a good size utilitarian (yard work) tough/robust beater button lock that didn’t break the bank. I chose the black blade with green micarta handles. Came super sharp. Clip works great. Good ergos, and looks good too (not boring). If what I described above is what you’re looking for, the CJRB Riff is a worthy consideration.

Aweful!
The media could not be loaded. This has to be the worst knife I have ever purchased. The first one I received had a very weak detent so I asked for a replacement. The replacement I received had complete lock failure. You can’t even depress the button lock. This may be the last CJRB I ever purchase.

Bigger than I expected.
I want it for an EDC. The pic on line makes it look great. It is a good looking knife. It is smooth and sharp right out of the box, and bigger than it looks on line. If you will make this knife the same size as the pyrate-alt, I will purchase it also. I bought 2 Lagos. I kept 1 and gave the other away. I would do the same with this one. This is my favorite budget knife brand.
