I've been frustrated at the deep grooves left in my chest from side sleeping and as much as I've tried to swap to back sleeping I was resigned to wearing high collar shirts as the grooves were noticable all day. After two wears overnight my skin is smooth and wrinkle free! The size and fit is flexible enough to be comfortable and it does not wake me or bother me at all (I'm a sensitive sleeper). Very happy with this product!

It works and lasted a few weeks just wearing it at night. I’m a side sleeper and I def recommend. No rash like others said and I have very sensitive skin. There will be some creasing from sleeping with the silicone on but that will go away after a few minutes of fresh air. Def wash it according to the directions before using it the first time and between uses. Also don’t use lotion under it. Or was the best most natural option for me as adhesives irritate my skin. Prepare to buy more if you want to use long term. Also having a place to air dry it is a little bit if a hassle. Reserve some counter space somewhere with no dust. It became a chore for me as it wore out so I decided to live with the wrinkles instead but maybe again when I’m older! It’s weird at first but u get used to it. Maybe just have it on hand for special occasions with plunging necklines.

I wore this the first night, and it worked wonderfully. My decollette wrinkles were visibly diminished. After the second night of wearing it, I had broken out in a rash, and I'm sure it's from the silicone and/or the adhesive. I think it's a great concept, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who has bad reactions to silicone/adhesive.Also on the second wear, I found that it wasn't adhering that well. It was peeling off on the chest. It needs to reach across horizontally more on the decollette to get a better hold. Also, the "washing" of it after wear kind of wears down on the adhesive too. Since it worked so well the first night, I was going to say "to hell" with the rash and go for a third night, but the rash is really unsightly red spots. I think I'd rather have the wrinkles.

So we have all tried various anti-aging, anti-wrinkle products on our face, neck and chest but after 50 years of being a side sleeper with full breasts, I simply cannot get rid of the wrinkles in my chest. HOWEVER, when I sleep with this patch; the lines in my chest are not profound in the morning and and in fact, my chest has an overall smoothed out look. I have recommended this product to all my friends and everyone loves it. There are no miracle potions or fountains of youth but there are definitely products out there that HELP. This is one of them!

These work how they are supposed to, but after a couple nights wearing mine I got a rash/irritation that was itchy and lasted for a week. I think it was from these holding the skin in an unnatural position for so long. It was almost like a blister or rub burn.

Doesn’t stick after the first night! Way too expensive for one night of use. I feel scammed.

I used it last night, was impressed by the quality compared to others I have tried--thick, medical grade silicone that is molded in the perfect shape. It was very sticky and has a reusable package to store it in (you place it back on the film and stick it in the bag to keep it clean between uses). It feels very durable, larger than others. They all look the same on Amazon, so I purchased a bunch and this is easy winner. My chest was indeed unwrinkled in the morning (which even though i am only 30s, looks wrinkly when i get up because I am a side sleeper), just wish I wouldn't have wasted money on the other ones (which I will still use...it's just annoying).

OK, I'm pretty sure I've tried almost every single brand that makes these now in a bid to stop my chest wrinkling due to my habit of sleeping scrunched up on my side (Gotta love the ageing process!), so I can say with some confidence that these are the best you'll find - and, yes, they're also probably the most expensive ones you'll ever find, but what can I tell you? You get what you pay for.The difference between Sio and other brands I've tried is in both the adhesion and the thickness of the silicone. Most other brands are quite soft and floppy, which means they do absolutely nothing to stop the skin on the chest creasing when you lie on your side. The Sio patches, by contrast, are much thicker and less flexible, which means they hold the skin in place, and prevent the creases forming. Despite this, these are still comfortable to wear - I don't even notice it once it's on - and don't leave any marks or rashes behind when you remove them.The adhesion is also far superior to other brands. These claim to last two weeks per patch, but I find I get at least a month out of them, so although they're still eye-wateringly expensive, it's a cost I've decided to suck up every month, because they genuinely work, both in smoothing out existing lines, and preventing new ones from forming. An absolute essential for me.

Thin pads and works more than 10 times usable, a little pricey but it worth the money. Washable pads.

At first I thought this was fantastic. It stayed well and was great positively. However it gave me a big rash.I thought this was suitable for all skin types?

Works to remove wrinkles but made my skin red and blotchy and was a bit itchy while it was on. I think I must just be quite sensitive. The redness faded over a few hours.
