Did my garden with this and it worked perfectly as my garden runs on a slope and the stones definitely stay in place

This is the worst item, this is not suitable for what it's intended purpose. I have installed and laid gravel but the materials used has ripped up and does not hold material as it should. The images online make it look like the honeycomb sections are much tighter than they actually are. Do not recommend this to anyone, for any purpose

I have been having a try out with the grid to see if I can determine the best way to use it. The grid cells are large so it looking like the best method is to use a few pegs to get the best shape and some tension in the cells and then fill the cells with gravel. Just tipping gravel in did not really work very well, you also need to prepare the edges as obviously the gravel must be contained and the mesh will not do this on its own. As it is path there will not be any vehicles so weight is not a big issue, the grid should help to stop the gravel migrating or moving down the slight slope.

Was surprised how small package was when delivered, A little fidelity to lay down and a bit flimsy when filling with gravel. Just a shame that it didn’t come with pins to hold it in place as had to buy some to hold it in place.

This is just about ok to hold gravel in place on a border with a slight gradient, but certainly nothing more heavy duty. I didn't want to pay too much so this suited me but you wouldn't walk on it let alone drive a car on it.

Awful product, each cross section is significantly bigger than is presented on pictures. Soft material combined with large cross sections means it can't hold it's own weight up and collapses. Would not recommend I wish I had taken note of similar reviews

I used the matting to hold wood chips around my vegetable garden which is on a slope and would need to hold up to people walking and heavy wheelbarrows. The product was perfect for my needs and is working really well. I don't know how well it would hold up to cars on a slope and the large gaps in the design means any filling materials may move over time. That said it is perfect for what I needed and would recommend.
