Item arrived in timescale stated. Having had several steamers, this is by far the best so far. Design, use of use, no excess steam, it is much more robust and the plastic containers look a significantly better quality than on my old tefal.I use the item every day and find over a period of time that the plastic becomes discoloured and fragile.Only time will tell, but so far definitely worth the extra money

Love this so much!
Wish I had found this sooner! Perfect rice every time without having to stand over it and the veg comes out lovely too!! Really easy to use, clean and store!! Worth it!

I like the steamer it's self but when it arrive it looked like it was pre owned the box was buttered and there was no instructions or booklet inside

It’s got a 2 pin European plug fitting !!
Steamer is great but no 3 pin plug attached. It has a 2 pin European plug !!
