I love the flavour and quality of the resulting stock! This isn’t like the western style fish stock… it has more umami I think. Hard to describe a taste but suffice to say I enjoyed the flavour very much!Used it to make Korean seaweed soup which was delicious! I would definitely use it in more Asian dishes.

This dashi stock powder bundle is packed with authentic umami flavor. It’s super easy to use, dissolves quickly, and adds depth to soups, broths, and even marinades.

Good flavour that lifts dishes to a higher experience. The packets are the ideal size and easy to use. The only downside was that the free recipe booklet wasn't included. Shame really.
