The taste is pleasant, and the energy boost is gradual. There is no crash and no jitters. An excellent choice when you need a boost and aren't really thirsty.

I received a complimentary box of Surge. I use it as a pre workout and I love it. I breezed through my hour class and worked out on upper body equipment after. I most appreciate the ingredients and that I get all of them in liquid form. The taste is good too. I shall order from Amazon now.

These Surge Energy Shots in Peach Mango flavor from SAGA arrived to me as shown in the listing here. The ingredients are numerous and part of a 1801mg, "Proprietary Blend" so it's a bit of a mystery as to how much of each ingredient is in the blend. The first listed ingredient Organic Guayhusa, so that's the most predominant ingredient in the blend. Also included is 4g of added sugars.The taste was as I expected for, "Peach Mango", in that it was slightly tart. I didn't notice too much from these shots, though. So, while I did find the flavor good, I didn't notice much else from them.

Tastes fine. They feel a little strong for me, so I drink half and bottle and leave the bottle in the fridge for the next morning.I need a pick me up if I didn't sleep well the night before. They taste good in a smoothie with fruit if you want a smoothie to drink.I recommend trying them.

It might work, too bad I was unable to drink it without vomiting. My trash can loves it tho, says its never felt better.
