That’s not normal. My glasses aren’t. Make sure ur eye sockets are vacune sucked into the glasses when u try them on. Other than that the quality is great. Maybe u need to put it on correctly. Since u haven’t provided any pictures or video it’s hard to tell

No, but we just cut them off. We didn’t even realize they came w the ear plugs!
