Good product
Good quality cushion with no issues. It is very comfortable and gives severe pain relief from long sitting. Cushion foam is very soft. The size fits perfectly to my chair. Mostly useful for long drives, students and who work from home. I am very satisfied with the comfort from back pain.

Smells bad
The product looks good and works. But it smells bad. The glue they used or the foam chemical smells bad especially of you use it in an AC car. Trying to return but the product but Amazon's customer support options put it for replacement. Trying to call Amazon customer support is a really tedious roundabout with no call being placed. Finally giving a negative product review. Worst product and worse Amazon customer service.
