It’s a great setup. I love the case. Only down fall the handle isn’t steady. It twist.

Missing pieces, contacted seller and I (eventually) received the pieces. Good quality kit otherwise.
The cleaning kit came with only one rod piece, not 5 as advertised. Assembled, the rod was only about 10", useless for cleaning a shotgun barrel. I contacted Boosteady on their Facebook page (Boosteady does not have a stand-alone web site). It took two days to get a response and I was told the missing pieces should arrive within 22 days. I received the missing pieces 24 days later. That said, the response was cordial and the issue was eventually resolved. I also will cut Boosteady some slack as the ongoing global pandemic slows down a lot of deliveries at the moment. Furthermore, the actual materials quality of the kit is very nice, better than my old cleaning kit and superior to other kits I looked at on Amazon . I will likely purchase from Boosteady again. A 10% discount on future purchases was included with kit.

Broke After 1 Use
I finally got the chance to use this after throwing this in my travel gun case a few years ago. After one use, one of the rods broke at the threaded joint. It gets the extra star only because I can still use the brushes and swabs with other kits.A great idea, but poor in performance.

Great beginners kit
Excellent beginners cleaning kit for your firearm. It did a great job cleaning the barrel of my tactical shotgun. Highly recommend this kit along with some cleaning lubricant.

Was afraid they would break like other comments said but they haven’t. Gotten for my boyfriend and he loves it. The cotton cleaning tips don’t fit down the barrel of the gun too well I forgot which one but it can clean one of them just don’t fit in the other
