The product is good but there are no clear instruction that not to turn on fridge right after it was delivered. well, i already knew that but people who are old dont know this and they will turn it on.send haier rep along with the product.no light in Freezer compartment is whats lacking in it. the freezer compartment is the first thing we open for mid night ice cream.apart from it the product cools and does what it says even though its 3 star its said that it consumes less than single door 5 star refrigerator

If we ignore the few dents on the body, the refrigerator is working good, been 1 day only. It's basically silent, overall seems good.

This is my 2nd one in haier. perfect fridge for family of 4, cooling effect is good, functions are easy to set and operate. Very very low noise, auto defrost works well. energy saving & not much increase in eb bill, the design is simple and elegant, working good since 6 months now. It could have been better if it had a child lock option.

The product was defective dent was there on the body and the vegetable basket was also defective

A good refrigerator with bunch of features and lot of storage capacity, I got this for ₹22500 and in this price range no one offers this much features with 8 convertible modes which are also very useful not for only name sake , you can easily switch between the modes using the buttons inside the refrigerator. You can easily either switch off the fridge or the freezer as per your choice, there is an energy saving mode to save electricity but there is only one bottle holder and not able to hold 2ltr bottles and you can not lock your refrigerator but this is not an extreme issue you can easily put bottles on the shelves..... Although it's a reliable brand like haier you can easily invest in it without any hesitation got it installed and demo on the same day of delivery 👍👍👍

Fridge looks cool, offers lot of custom settings that can be made. Remember this is a frostfree model meaning there won't be any ice forming, which is nice but during power outage vegetables will get spoilt quickly.CONSIt's been only 6 days it has started making loud grrrr noise which is commonly associated with old fridges. I have checked if the doors Are locked firm. This is not acceptable from a moden refrigerator. For reference I also have a LG single door refrigerator that is 1 Yr old it is very very quiet.A door lock to prevent kids from opening would be a nice safety feature because these can fit small chicken, I'm just paranoid may be.
