Mine did not drain and flooded the floor.
It says, "It effectively drains water with a maximum pumping height of 35.5 inches, ensuring worry-free operation." I installed it with drain connected to kitchen trap like shown on Amazon, about 12 inches off floor. It made ice but flooded over night when the ice melted. It either does not have a pump, or the pump does not work. It did not pump anything out. It also did not start making ice after all the ice melted. After the first night, there was no ice in the bin and the floor was flooded.

The ice maker looks different than pictured. The word “costway” is etched in to the door. Not too classy.

Holding up
Bought a year ago for an outdoor bar. Runs daily, not excessively loud, and maintains ice well. Stainless finish could be a bit more durable, but still fine. Happy with purchase

Does not work as described
Supposed to make clear ice, but it does not. Supposed to have a factory-installed drain pump, which it does, but it never turned on. Ice machine filled with water and never drained.

Deliver that tells the machine to continue making ice stop moving correctly stays down sometimes the water pump that pumps the water over the nickel plated ice maker stopped working unless you hit the side of the machine then it comes on absolute trash what a big waste of money!

I love this ice machine
It is very useful to me, the cooling effect is very good, the workmanship is beautiful, the price is relatively good, I would be happy to recommend it to people who need it.

Good Ice Maker!
I purchased this ice maker because my old one is broken. It comes in a big box and pretty heavy, but no need to assemble. It looks great, the size is perfectly fit to my bar, and makes square ice cubes. The only noise that it made is when the ice is dumped into the bin. It really makes a lot of ice! I am pretty impressive with its capacity. I have been using it over a week, 24-hour a day. I check my electricity usage and it is much more energy saving than my last one. Anyway, I highly recommend it to those who need much ice every day!
