Easy to fit into ear with a great seal.Works really well at blocking noise,Very comfortable to wear.Quick and easy to fit in and remove from ear.Lovely bright colours.Theses are the best and,it’s effective earplugs I have ever used. I will not use anything else since discovering this fantastic product and design.

I use these everyday whilst I sleep. They block enough sound to not be disturbed but allow enough sound in to hear the doorbell etc. have used this brand for years and would not change them. Have used many other disposable and non disposable ear plugs and thes work the best with my narrow ear canal

I really like these due to the texture, I find a lot of ear plugs scratch my ears and irritate but these are nice smooth yet still sturdy :)

Summary:Chances are if you are reading this you are on the fence about what to buy. My advice is to buy Moldex SparkPlugs® Extra-Soft Extra Light Foam Ear Plugs - SNR 35db (20 Pairs) for £3.I doubt you will be disappointed.Main review:Like some of the other reviewers, I too have used these for a few years now.Initially I used them 'part time' for sleeping but found them a little hard to get used to.After switching to use them every night the niggles went away.I roll them in the palm of my hand with two fingers as they seem to compress smaller and fit better this way.Having always been a sensitive sleeper who (genuinely) sleeps silently, quieter noises like planes, central heating and fridges would bother me never-mind fireworks, noisy neighbors and 'peaceful sleeping' girlfriends.These manage to block household appliance noises, take the serious edge off the fireworks and others, yet still allow my gentle radio alarm to wake me.In my experience though they are not 100% perfect.Occasionally you find that one or two spark plugs in a pack don't compress as well as others.Also after wearing a pair a few times the foam changes and I am able to hear my heart beat in my left ear. A little twist seems to do the trick most times.This is my first time buying from breathe and sleep ltd and I was very happy with their service. At the time of writing I'm on the third pair of this pack and everything has been perfect.If you are undecided about these my recommendation would be to try them in a pack of 20 Moldex SparkPlugs® Extra-Soft Extra Light Foam Ear Plugs - SNR 35db (20 Pairs) (10 cost about 50p less) for £3.If you don't like them for proper sleeping they will still be of great use on a 2hr+ trip when you want to have a little nap.Oh and for those of you who are wondering; I have some decent Sony in ear headphones and they don't compare to these at all.Overall 4.9 stars

These are the best earplugs I have ever used.. really work and they don't hurt!
