Great product
Great Kefir product. Very fizzy, but I enjoy it so far.

Extreme caution needed when opening
We actually really like this product which is clearly of high quality. The issue is simply opening the bottles. The producers warn of ‘effervescence’ after standing but this does not describe what happens. Opening a new bottle is treacherous as is our experience with this last batch which has been the worst. Whether opened quickly or indeed slowly it explodes. The last bottle exploded so fiercely that the cap flew off and hit my eye forcefully. I am lucky I have not got a serious injury. Our ceiling will need resurfacing and our rug is ruined. It has taken us hours to clean the whole kitchen. We feel that there should be a warning to open only wearing goggles. This may sound crazy but we will not be able to order again sadly after this experience, which was very scary.

Great product
I love this product. I really feel the difference when I take it every day. My last batch w as a little more watery than the batch before, but still super fizzy and I didn't notice any physical difference.

Love this kefir and use it to add balance to my digestive system and second brain.It tastes good, not sweetened which is good. I find I crave these first thing.

Be aware what you are ordering
I am a user of ordinary supermarket Kefir. This product is quite different. I took one sip and found it distasteful. This is a product for aficionados of this kind of Kefir. I am sure that are people who find it to their liking. But I am not among them. I am sure this is my fault for ordering the wrong kind of Kefir. But I urge caution before others press the buy button.

Highly recommended
Excellent all round. Delivery is great and via DPD, so you can track it minute by minute if you want or need to. Ordered on a Saturday and arrived on the Tuesday. Have learned the art of opening bottles over/in the sink to avoid clothes getting drenched in the fizz that's just waiting to escape. Definitely an acquired taste, and had I not had an additional seven bottles in the fridge I might not have persevered. But very glad I did. Starting to feel beneficial effects now that I'm on my second batch.

Worked wonders on my upset stomach due to RA meds. Took for 7 days after infusion and had no issues
