For one, the price is always fluctuating. It’s currently $17.39 here on Amazon. Secondly, yes, Dollar Tree sells Wet N Wild brushes, but they only sell 4 of them, not the entire set.

Q: How are the brushes are they worth it???

They do shed a little, at least the stippling and flay top brushes do
