This is so amazingly beautiful. Perfect for our small patio area. The company has outstanding customer service. A piece of glass broke and they replaced in days. We are going to get this for gifts next holiday. Easy to assemble and use. No smell, great value. Looks very expensive.

We shopped around and saw similar items at Target, Lowe’s and Home Depot. None were as well built as this one nor did any of them have a glass surround. Additionally, this one offers you the ability to move the gas intake from underneath to the side. If you choose to use it with the port underneath, it’s so you can run the gas line through an umbrella hole or one you drill in your table. I drilled my own. This fireplace comes with a battery as it has its own electric igniter. It also comes with a cover. Nice! Once it’s on, it is beautiful and provides a nice amount of heat. Instead of using a “standard” propane tank, I purchased a 30 gallon tank and keep the tank in its own protective cover. The hose is only 10-12 feet long, so you will have to take that into account for when and where you decide to place the tank. You can always purchase a longer gas line from Amazon.Other than that, you will LOVE this product which, in my opinion, is much better than the more expensive ones sold locally.

The media could not be loaded. We purchased this beautiful tabletop fire pit and had trouble keeping it lighted. We contacted the seller and they immediately responded with troubleshooting instructions and also sent us a new gas valve replacement. After following the troubleshooting process, we still couldn’t get it to stay lit. We replaced the gas valve, which was very easy, and now it works beautifully. The support and help we received from Claire was amazing.

I love this fire pit, it provides the look I was going for on the patio. I didn't want to invest in the professional fire pit table (ranging in prices from $400 ++)since my whole patio is a DIY project. This year one of my projects will be to build a table around the fire pit and propane tank. Now I have the fire pit on top a coffee table with the propane tank under a side table with an exposed hose. The product is good quality and fairly easy to assemble. There are times I have a little difficulty getting it to light, but I'm sure it's me that hasn't figured it all out yet. :) I would highly recommend this fire pit, it is the perfect size.

So, my wife ordered this for my birthday and I was bummed out to find the glass broken. I checked the reviews and saw it was a fairly common problem, but if you contacted the seller ( using the email address in the assembly manual) they would replace it for free. And they sure did. Not only that they reached out to me two weeks later to make sure I was happy. As for the pit itself, it gives off a gorgeous flame that actually dances. It's 40,000 BTU, so you can get a good sized flame, but I find it's better to keep it behind the glass for optics. Comes with a cover to keep it safe and you don't have to drill a hole in your table. 100% recommend this pit.

The picture doesn't show that you need a large propane tank which is awkward to connect with the unit on a table. You also need a hole in your table for the power cord to fit through. It could have been a nice item for a table but we ended up returning.

This fireplace is so easy to make your deck, patio or outdoor dining area look elegant and practical for the warmth it generates.Easy to assemble, easy to use. The relaxation alone from watching the flames dance is well worth it's cost!It's beautiful blue glass pieces just add to the sleek look.I had a small issue with a heat barrier piece of glass. I contacted customer service, an amazing lady named Claire answered my email, IMMEDIATELY resoled the issue. What's even more amazing is Claire stayed in constant contact with me being the only person I have to deal with. A diamond Star I'd give just for that type of service!Don't hesitate to add this gem to your outdoor enjoyment!
