Once I opened up the box it appears that the bag of cables was already opened. Once taken it all out there is no power cable. And no screws or manuals. Inspected the psu and scratches around it tells me this has been used before also.I’m also missing the PCI-E cable.Very poor.

For the price this is a great value modular PSU. PSU itself feels solid, fan is quiet and have had zero issues running my system (Ryzen 5 3600 and RTX 4070 Super). Cables are OK, black plastic, nothing special, included new Gen 5 PCIE cable is handy for keeping the cable management tidy.
