Know how to release air before applying.
I pumped it up. Thought it had an easy release button like my last one. It doesn't. You must unscrew at the pump. I jerked it off my neck and wished it had quick release as I got it too tight. I didn't have a users manual but hope someone else can learn from mistake. Using 2nd time it works fine.

I religiously watch chiropractor videos on YouTube, mostly Dr Ron Johnson down in Houston, otherwise known as, Captain Ring Dinger! I'm always looking for a way to stretch and pop my neck. This works extremely well, so much so, it's almost like your head will pop off.

It leaked when I used it first the first time.

Works after playing with it a bit
I had to twist the velcro and and cross them to get it tight around my neck. I tilted my head back while filling with air. If it is not flush against the neck it just looks goofy. After playing with the velcro and crossing the straps, tilting my head back while inflating, it works great.
