Excellent DAB / FM Radio with easy to connect Bluetooth.
Top notch quality DAB Radio, which arrived well packaged and was very easy to set-up straight out of the box. As soon as the item was plugged in and switched on it immediately 'Autotuned' and adjusted the clock automatically. I've only had the item a few hours and I'm very pleased with the DAB Radio sensitivity and selectivity, the sound quality from a relatively small audio device is outstanding. Playing music using the Bluetooth mode using my Android phone is very simple to set-up and again sounds brilliant, and continues to stream if the mobile phone is moved elsewhere in the home. I've got the radio to use primarily in the conservatory and it sits on a small wooden cupboard which likely augments the excellent sound quality. The Evoke H6 is somewhat expensive but provided it remains reliable over the longer term then I'll regard it to be money well spent!

Very good quality and easy to use
Love this radio! I wanted a replacement radio for the bedroom where DAB reception can be intermittent. This unit is excellent. It picks up all the stations and never ‘drops out’. The sound quality is terrific - very impressive, it is rich and does not have the ‘tinny’ sound you can get with radios or smaller units. The radio is very easy to use and set up - we use both alarms daily and they are easy to set and amend. All channels are found automatically and we found it very easy to set our favourites (I am not the most technically minded person!) The finish is also very good quality and over all this is definitely a high quality product. It may not be the most inexpensive but it is undoubtedly worth every penny.

Quality DAB radio
My tinny old DAB radio was ready for replacement and decided to upgrade to this. I was apprehensive about spending so much on a radio which will be living in my kitchen. Having been using it now for over 1 month I can say that for me it's the best looking and best sounding DAB I've ever owned or listened to. With clear speech and powerful punchy bass it sounds superb. The display is large, clear and bright and of course the addition of Bluetooth is a bonus. The unit itself is reassuringly heavy and the build quality seems excellent as of course it should be in this priceband. Lots of useful features like alarms/timers etc. A quality 5 star buy. Just love listening to it!

Just about the best radios I have ever used since they get both DAB AND FM!
Just bought my second Pure DAB radio (as of 17 August 2019), and I ♥️ it!Five stars for the radio😀!ONE star for the riduculous cost (£32.99!!!!) of the battery - which I did not buy. ☹️😧😱ONE star for the lack of a remote, necessitating placing the radio within arms reach of where it sit in my small living room.............................,LOVE the ease of use - I don't need to set radio presets as I only tend listen to Radio 4 Extra (but also occasionally Classic FM).For most music needs I will use the bluetooth connection from New Evoke H6 to my iOS device for Apple music in living room and/or bluetooth from iOS device to portable Sony SRS-XB20 in bedroom (for Apple Music) since my older Evoke Mio in there does NOT have bluetooth.Other music needs in bedroom & living room will usually be met from Classic FM, or Amazon Music via Fire TV devices connected to my TV's.The sound quality is suprisingly good - even for music - even if it can't get very loud 😕It is no where near the sound quality of my portable Sony SRS-XB 20, nor can it go anywhere near as loud either 😕If you want something that can get LOUD, buy something else.My portable speaker (£60-£80) was about half the price of the DAB radio (£169), but both have bluetooth so if I want 'louder' music (not that often) I will just connect iOS devices to the portable speaker instead. This new purchase is for my living room (quite small, so 'LOUD' is not really wanted or needed).Since my home is not that large and my neighbours small homes are very close (party walls and ceiling/floor) 'LOUD' is not really needed or wanted in any part of it so as not to disturb them.Just a little bit more volume would have nice though - but at least MAX volume on these radios does not distort the sound.

Sounds superb
Had this radio for just under a week now - ordered last Thursday and arrived exactly the next day promptly as promised, and so far the first impressions are very good indeed. PURE have simply upgraded the design of the Evoke D6 for the better by improving the front panel unit with a new colour display telling you all the usual useful information regarding what you're listening to - a new feature being that the scrolling text scrolls up the screen instead of from right to left along the bottom. Excellent stereo sound quality as ever, and on the whole a much better listening experience than the previous really sophisticated PURE radio I owned before buying this, the somewhat lacklustre Evoke 2S.Not yet purchased the optional F1 Chargepak that this radio takes, but will be doing so at a later date. A brilliant radio all round that boasts great functionality, and PURE have redeemed themselves as a result.

Worthy of its accolades in the Hi-Fi press
A solidly built stereo radio with dynamic sound for its modest size. Sound balance is smooth across the whole frequency range with good rendition of the spoken word. DAB stations can be pre-set with ease and the telescopic arial offers more than adequate reception. All in all, a radio that I do not tire of listening to.

A nice little radio - within realistic limitations.
The very nice and solid feeling case maybe justifies the rather high price. Sound quality is perfectly adequate for talk radio, news, drama etc.but I wouldn't want to listen to music on it. This was only ever intended to be a bathroom radio and so suits that requirement well. The large capacity (and expensive) rechargeable battery also supports this purpose. The manual (both printed and on-line versions) does not give the correct procedure for pairing with a Bluetooth device - which caused some initial frustration.
