I have ADHD - I have tried Source Naturals brand first in 10 mg strength and felt more "sharp"; it seems to help with memory and scattered Thoughts. With this product even at higher dose I couldn't feel anything at all. It didn't hurt but there wasn't pronounced feeling like I got with another brand (or adding ginkgo biloba for that "zing" sharpness when you need to be on point and making no mistakes). I will not reorder.

I ordered this a while back and take it maybe a couple times a week. I don’t know that I feel anything from it, but hope it is doing something beneficial. I have a world of supplements and I know something I am taking works for dark spots on my skin due to age. It won’t be this but I am at an age that I am watching my health, so will continue to take things like this to try to stay that way.
