Due to small gaps around some of our ill-fitting exterior doors and double glazed windows, I needed something to stop the draughts as winter approaches. These strips were great - strong self adhesive (but repositionable on upvc), wide enough to fill up to 2.5mm gaps but thin enough to allow doors and windows to still shut and squashy so as to adapt to the profile required (in our circumstances at any rate). They’ve made a big difference not only to heat retention and draughts but also to the noise from a nearby road - on entering the kitchen previously I’d often check to see if a window had been left open as I could hear passing traffic, but not any more!

I tried other strip shapes and sizes and after installing those, the door wouldn't close easily. This one has the perfect size and shape for our doors so it takes care of the gaps while still allowing the door to work as expected.

Item is good but did find some parts weren’t as stick and could only use when the window was shut so when it warms up and I’ve been opening the window more it’s just come off

Product was quick and easy to use , and does job

This product was exactly what I was after, it just didn’t last very long. I used it around a door frame in order to reduce noise and smell coming from one room into another. It went on well and worked pretty well for a couple of weeks, after this the adhesion failed, the rubber seal began to fall off (leaving the sticky tape around the door frame), this tells me that the surface of my door frame was not the issue and rather the product design. For this reason I have removed the remainder of the product and will have to try a different one.
