These Jalepeño beef sticks are by far the best that I’ve had. The texture is perfect and they burst with flavor.

They are really good! I buy them to keep in the office and everyone loves them! Only issue with that is they're so expensive I can't afford to keep up with everyone in the office eating them! But they are delicious, they don't leave that bad taste in your mouth like some big name brands. And definitely a hit, everyone who tries them sings praises about them and asks me where they can get some.

I have ordered several batches both from Amazon and directly from Paleo Valley. Some of these sticks have perfect color and taste. Yet, in the same batch, there will be some that have an off color, are very moist, and taste tangy. I have finally given up on these because I am tired of worrying that I’m going to get food poisoning. The company was very responsive and issued me a full refund.

Flavor of maple bacon is good. Only issue is that I bought these for hiking, and they do not open easily. I have to cut open with a knife every single time. Maybe I got a bad packaging batch, but if next ones are like this, I’m not purchasing again.
